  My husband and I shopped here frequently until an unforseen horrific visit in January 2018. Decided to have breakfast however after a 50 min wait ( could have been advised at till) breakfast arrived stone cold- other customers also walked out! Then I went to use the WC when a member of the deli staff came out ran their hands under the water ( no soap used) and proceeded to dry their hands on their uniform. I had a £5 voucher ( match & more) however this was declined at the till- on checking at customer services I was informed I had supposedly already used it 30 seconds after receiving it!! Fruit that we bought was rotten, a flask that we bought was broken!! I have written to Morrison's who are yet to respond- disgusting! I would not shop here again or recommend.
